Description

Charming and dramatic Neoclassical shield shaped mirror inspired by Gio Ponti from the 30’s and 40’s.  This form and scale is beautiful finished with an unlacquered polished brass and wooden back.

Unlacquered brass recently polished clean which is now oxidizing and turning brassier.

Dating: 1950ca

Condition: Very good, glass mirror replaced
