A beautiful medium sized German Biedermeier three-drawer chest comprised of chamfered front edges above straight and squared tapered legs. This piece features strikingly beautiful book matched walnut veneer on a pine frame. Note the beautiful warm honey tones contrasting with deeper grains. Outfitted with shield-shaped inlaid escutcheons and and original locks. Three replacement working keys are included to operate the locks and serve as drawer pulls.

Origin: Germany

Condition, Very good overall condition as this piece has been restored with refurbishments and then French polished.
