Artisan Murano Blown Gold Round Aubergine Mirror, Contemporary

Glass blown transparent aubergine reeded tubes joined by unlacquered brass fittings to form a lovely circular mirror with beveled looking glass.  Note these glass pieces are completely mouth blown and made by hand, not placed into any molds.

Condition: Very Good, Note as this is mouth blown and not placed in a mold each mirror is slightly irregular and unique.  Note the brass supports that sit behind the glass tubes may be removed at time of final installation but should be stored for future moving as they keep the glass in proper alignment. This mirror is sold with a wooden crate for safe shipping

Dating: Contemporary, commissioned by L’Antiquaire and made by wonderful artisans on the island
